Hello, I'am a french programmer who use ATARI FALCON 030 with a CT60.
My realizations are in 680xx, DSP 56001, and C :

Media player in window or fullscreen with sound in D2D.

Uses VIDIX interface for YUV to fullscreen conversion on CT60/CTPCI/Radeon

.Can use external clock on FALCON compatible FDI...
Uses YAMAHA, PSOUND card, or XBIOS compatible card for sound D2D :

Needs 68020 or more for lot of codecs (not exists with MagiCPC).

MMU Patch :
This patch allows a bus error (2 bombs) when you try to read/write to adress between 0 and $7FF in user state.
This problem can create bugs when you made programs on Centurbo II.
This patch works only on TOS 7.0x and use MMU.
This problem is fixed with a boot in flash >= 1.4.1.

DSP XBIOS :
News functions XBIOS with handshake.
Can solve problems with FALCON's accelerator cards (Speed Resolution Card, Centurbo II, etc...).

MagiCMac Sound Driver is a sound driver for MagiCMac compatible with the Atari Falcon's XBIOS.
This is the features :
Emulation of Falcon's XBIOS, there are no matrix like the Falcon in the MacOS system nevertheless
it's possible to :
- Play samples in 8/16 bits mono and stereo (with/without D2D).
- Record 16 bits samples in stereo like the Falcon (with/without D2D).
- Select the input source (the current input source when MagiCMac is started or the number one).
- Connnect or remove the audio source to the audio output.
- Set the level output on the two channels.
- Set the gain input on the two channels.
- Emulation on the selection of tracks (1 to 4).
- FDI external clock selection compatible.
- In D2D because interrupts like Falcon are not possible under MagiCMac for swap blocks, the only way is to check the DMA counter or uses a special GSXB function. If the user program not uses this way, the risk is to listen always the same block !
- Extended functions added like the GSXB/MilanBlaster drivers, for example it's possible to choice the true frequency. The bit 5 of the _SND cookie is set. 24/32 bits and mixer are not supported, and only Mororola format is supported.
